Enterprises analyze and evaluate the economic benefits of new product development, and the conclusions reached are important guiding methods for the development of its new product. Take the economic benefits of new product development as the main analysis line, through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, examines the analysis and evaluation methods for the economic benefits of the new product development, proposes evaluation indicator of economic benefits of new product development based on integrity management mode to adapt the development of modern enterprise, Meanwhile, in order to verify the validity of the selected evaluation method, we make related analysis and research by combing some cases, also compare with the actual situation, that prove the rationality of the selected indicator and the validity of evaluation method.
