In the digital hospital, Information integration required the multi-parameter monitor system can accept information from other systems and automatically upload data to other information systems. But multi-parameter monitor didn´t have the attribute of plug-and-play. In order to conserve development resource, the middleware based on HL7 (Health Level 7) be used to make the system can translate information with other systems. So studied middleware based on HL7, designed and implemented the HL7 message in this system. Experiments show that the middleware based on HL7 in multi-parameter monitor system is feasible, it realizes the HL7 message automatically upload to the server.
