Abstract :
The more fierce competition of modern enterprises is increasingly reflected on the contention towards clients and the realization of clients´ lifelong value. The paper proposes the crisis early-warning system model about the enterprise CRM in terms of the inevitable crisis between enterprises and clients. The core of this mode, namely, the enterprise early-warning index is examined on a basis of analyzing the concepts, properties and components of this model and applying the BP neural network to achieve good early-warning result.
