Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to analyze, starting from a scheme of some variables at macro and micro levels, which influence the determination of trends towards the changing of values in managerial training and development. It also analyzes future implications to the increasing demands of an organizational environment every time more complex and uncertain. The technological revolution is already modifying the actual educative processes. This is done in such a way that it makes more flexible time and space through the use of programs every time more transdisciplinary of open and distance education which are contributing to the formation of a “New type of manager” with new abilities, behaviors and values
