Abstract
SNS (social network service) is becoming more and more popular on the web, and it is even more so for Mobile Internet browsing. The huge success of foursquare on the web shows that introducing LBS (location based service) to mobile Internet is promising. With LBS, mobile device (client) needs to commit user´s location information as a request to the remote server (server). The server receives the request and handles it, and then it sends the specified map data back. In this model, a powerful central server is needed. The paper focuses on promoting efficiency of the model by designing a new geospatial information file-oriented database with GeoML (Geospatial Information Markup Language) which is an optimized storage process, embedded on each client to create a P2P network on the mobile Internet.
