  • Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to introduce a five-input configurable single electron technology cell based on Single electron transistor majority logic gate[3]. The proposed Cell accepts 5 signals as its inputs and produces two outputs, which output 2 is complementary of output 1. As it is shown in Fig 1, each cell consists of two 5-input Minority gate (which is based on Single electron transistor), which are serially connected to each other (fig 1). In second Minority gate, if two of the five inputs are connected to logic 1 and another two to logic 0, the output of the gate will be complementary of the fifth input, which is connected to output of first minority gate. The Boolean function of output 1 and output 2 can be described as Eq.l and Eq.2 which is known respectively as Minority and Majority functions.
