Abstract
Based on the hypothesis of rational decision and take sintering ore blending problem of an iron & steel company as example, the paper firstly formulated the optimizing ore blending problem as a linear programming model under the goal of minimizing the internal material price and market material price, respectively. Then it numerically simulated the dynamic enterprises´ internal cost assessing criterion under market price, analyzes the difference between global and local cost with diversified adjustment schemes of internal cost criterion. At last, it provides some adjustment proposals for internal cost assessing criterion.
