Abstract :
This paper presents an empirical measurement of managerial attitudes towards technology and innovation. With it, two questions are addressed: are there measurable differences in managerial perceptions about technology and innovation across groups of managers, in particular across managers in developed countries against managers in emerging economies?; and what are the managerial attitudes towards technology and innovation in terms of obstacles, incentive and perceived needs?
