Abstract :
This paper is intended to highlight our recent work on dynamic modeling and feedback control of alkylation olefins in batch reactor using adaptive self-tuning, PID and PI methods. The temperature of reactor and controller signal are fed to the estimator to tune controller parameters by using model of the reactor. The simulation program was developed to obtain the model parameters and to design the tuning parameters of adaptive self-tuning controller. The results presented good improvement of using adaptive self-tuning controller and also show a small difference between experimental and theoretical responses.
