Abstract :
The concern with lead-free solder has been growing to minimize the exposure of lead in these years. LCIA methodology enabled us to consider three steps of LCIA; characterization, damage assessment and weighting. We concentrated on damage assessment of human health that enables us to integrate various diseases generated by several impact. This paper was intended to detect the significant process and substance that dominate the environmental impact caused by lead-free solder from the result of damage assessment in order to improve environmental performance of lead-free solder effectively.
