Abstract :
In this paper, we present a highly linear voltage controlled resistor and hardware implementation of neuron-like system with proposed VCR (voltage controlled resistor). The proposed VCR has simple structure and maintains linearity over a wide dynamic range. Additional transistors make the proposed VCR enhance V-I (voltage-current) characteristics. This resistor is suitable for implementing with small size and wide dynamic range. We also implement T-model neural network with proposed VCR
