The intention to build up Chinese Growth Enterprise Markets is to provide financing channel for small and medium-sized enterprises, thereby promote the small and medium enterprises to grow up and build up multi-level capital market system. To understand the financial condition of the listed companies on GEM, it makes analysis on asset-liability ratio, financial expenses and return on net assets and other financial index. We find that there are excessive funds on the GEM and that is excessive financing and inefficient use of funds. In order to solve these problems and improve the Growth Enterprise Market, it proposes up recommendations to effectively use idle funds and improve corporate governance and develop delisting system of securities market.
