Abstract
A constrained deconvolution technique is applied to the growth hormone (GH) instantaneous releasing rate (ISR). This technique combines both optimal filtering and control. The ISR estimate is computed through the elaboration of an optimal control law. The GH elimination model being uncertain, the confidence interval of the ISR estimate is provided by the proposed approach
