Abstract :
This paper presents a kind of spinneret automatic inspection technology that can be used to continuous measure 12 spinnerets, designed a high-precision calibration model with a small amount of calculation and comprehensive consideration of the impact of internal and external parameters of camera. When measure the coordinates of the capillaries, processing the image with the binarization method, figure out the coordinates of the capillaries, the test error is less than 0.15mm after the experimentation, so it meets the requirement.
