Abstract :
In this paper, the fuzzy cluster analysis, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy house of quality are integrated, which are introduced in the quality assurance of service products design. Firstly, the customer quality requirements are made a hierarchical division by fuzzy clustering. Based on this, used the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine weights of the customer quality requirements. Then, the fuzzy sets method is leaded in the relationship matrix of house of quality for evaluation. So the result can provide accurate and reliable information on quality requirements for quality assurance of service products design. At last, there is an example to illustrate in detail.
