Abstract :
Wavelet Transform has the ability of de-noising that improves the signal-to-noise ratio in some degree. RS code has good capability to correct the burst and the no-burst errors occurred by poor channels. This paper presents a new data transmission scheme, which based on wavelet de-noising, RS code and TFSK modulation, that ensures the reliability of data transmission over wireless links known to be error-prone and suffer location-dependent, time-varying, and burst errors. Analysis results show the scheme has good effects on the reliability of HF data transmission.
