Abstract :
We choose Hela cells as research object and study cytotoxicity generated by antitumor drug, cyclophosphamide, after cell electroporation caused by electromagnetic pulses. Compared the electroporation group with the contrast group, we find that the cytotoxicity of the electroporation group is enhanced greatly. This result indicates that electromagnetic pulses can enhance the cytotoxicity of antitumor drugs, which provide reliable evidences and a feasible approach for clinic treatment of tumor.
