Abstract :
Owing to the stagnant reclaimed water utilization we faced today, rational reclaimed water price is researched in the paper so as to accelerate the popularization of reclaimed water. A fuzzy synthetic assessment model based on improved entropy weight method is established with an index system including natural water contamination index, water poverty index, economic synthetic index and reclaimed water quality index to analyze the value of reclaimed water of 7 cities in Shaanxi province on the basis of background data such as water reuse standard, economic and social development, natural water resource and so on. Then reclaimed water prices are calculated based on it. The results show that the calculated prices are higher than the actual ones, which means reclaimed water value can not be expressed by the actual price at present. Reasonable price gives decision support to farther development and wider utilization of reclaimed water, and points out direction to local water resources utilization and allocation also.
