Abstract :
In this work, we propose a new algorithm that improves the radar resolution of current state-of-the-art SAR imaging systems. The algorithm is based on a Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) of the sensing matrix, which is latter regularized by using a Tikhonov regularization. This algorithm provides range resolution of the order of two wavelengths, which is attained from the maximum frequency of the system.
