Abstract :
The mathematical model of BWO and TWT on wavy bent rectangular waveguides with the use of equivalent quadripoles is presented. Results of optimizations calculations of BWO and TWT in a frequency range 37...3000 GHz are represented. Research of influence of the dimensions of a waveguide, losses, the dimensions of an electron beam on characteristics of devices are carried out.
