  • Abstract
    The work presents a method for the parameters identification of DC a machine with friction using the mechanical equation. The method developed for the identification is based on the ABSEK method. The results obtained for the DC machine parameters are compared to those given by an experimental method and permits a conclusion on the the efficiency of the method. The sensitivity of the electrical time constant with transient time is presented. The importance of including the friction is shown by simulation results for the speed time response. This result enforces the importance of the method
