Abstract
We have fabricated a two-chip wavelength selective InGaAs-InP Fabry-Perot PIN receiver for dense wavelength division multiplex systems. The receiver can be combined with micromachined actuators for wavelength tuning. We have presented an InGaAs-InP wavelength selective PIN receiver for dense WDM systems. The structure can be integrated with micromachined actuators to built tunable wavelength selective receivers. Our on-going work is dealing with the fabrication and optimization of the PIN receivers which is presented here. They will be combined with our micromachined actuators to become tunable wavelength selective PIN receivers for dense WDM applications
