Abstract
We report on the first post-growth band-gap engineered, quantum-confirmed Stark effect (QCSE) tuned two section ridge waveguide laser, having the most uniform frequency modulation response (±3 dB) in the widest modulation bandwidth (30 kHz to 6 GHz) yet reported for QCSE tuned lasers
