Abstract :
In view of the shortcomings of interval DEA (IDEA) model, a new method that can take the decision maker´s preference into consideration is given. Comparing with the exited methods, the model is more robust without demanding too much and precise information, keeps characteristics of the conventional DEA model, and reflects preference of the decision-maker. Numerical example shows the effectiveness of such method used in vendor selection.
