Abstract
With the technology reforms and network economy popularizes, more and more enterprises canpsilat develop without the Internet. In the paper, firstly, a compared research that between traditional brand the digital brand is carried on, then eight characteristic of digital brand are summarized. Secondly, the characteristic of digital brand is analyzed; meanwhile, some references are given for the innovation management strategy of brand.
