Abstract :
This paper proposes a cellular automata model for the growth of bone tissue inside the bone transplant materials for the research on the transform process of the bone transplants and the design of excellent performance and structure for them. As an initial system, the body fluids had been diffused into the multi-pore transplants. The model described the interaction between the degradation of the transplants and bone formation. We implement the dynamic simulation of the bone formation process according the evolution rule of cellular automata model on computer. The dynamics curves of the growth of newly born bone show that the system tends from an unsteady state to a balanced state gradually.
