Abstract
This paper reports on a measurement campaign (for frequencies in the range from 900 MHz to 1.8 GHz) to verify the effects of vegetation of park areas inside city centers on cellular or related systems. Multipath effects were observed due to the changes of the environment. Effects of frequency, transmitter antenna height and polarization on mean path loss through vegetation are also reported
