Abstract
Various contingent disaster events impose more and more critical requirements on emergency logistics, which also has begun to attract more and more researchers to propose frameworks, strategies and models for the issues in this field. The logistics distribution plans are important to allocate the limited relief resources to the disaster points on time by considering the time varied relief demands, resources replenishments and transport capability. In this study, the distribution plan among multiple disaster points and single emergency distribution center is formulated as integer linear programming model, which can be solved by commercial optimizer efficiently.
