Abstract :
According to the behavior that the polymer solution has the characteristics of viscosity and elasticity, the transient flow mathematical model has been established and has been solved by using finite-difference method. The type curves have been plotted. The influence of some properties of polymer solution on the characteristics of the type curve has been analyzed. Compared with the curves simply considering polymer solution as power-law fluid, it is shown that the pressure derivative curve considering the elasticity upwards less at the radial flow regime. Therefore, it´s necessary to consider the elasticity in dynamic analysis on pressure of polymer solution.
