Abstract
This paper describes the authors experience with the design and delivery of CS226-C Programming, over the Internet. The course was offered at the University of Nevada-Reno, USA, in the Fall 1996 and Spring 1997 semesters as a lecture section and simultaneously as a lecture-optional, low-interaction, Internet section. Preliminary results indicate that strongly motivated, independent students performed very well on the Internet section.
