  • Abstract
    We numerically confirm the relation between four wave mixing (FWM) power, amplifier spacing and FWM interaction distances in a dispersion compensated WDM transmission system. We also show the dependence of FWM power on dispersion compensation period. Recirculating loop experiments verify the numerical results
