Abstract
In this paper we will describe the application of new technology for creation of the power amplifiers. Using high heat conduction aluminium base substrate is very important for power circuits. Output power of the microwave amplifier is 1 W at f=1.7...2.0 GHz. Gain is 40 dB at compression of pre-amplification 1 dB
