Abstract :
This paper introduces a new generation of 20GHz pulse vector network analyzer made in China. It mainly researches on several factors which influence the dynamic range of vector network analyzer in the manufacture process. The network analyzer receiver adopts the scheme including mixing, IF adjusting, A/D sampling and digital IF receiving. The main factors influenced dynamic range are the receiver´s highest receiving power, the noise figure of every module of the receiver and so on. This paper analyzes these factors and offers relevant experimental data.
