Abstract :
Center for International Health Development (Tokai University Graduate School of Medicine) and New Health Leader Network have hosted a 4-5 week training course for senior to middle central or local government bureaucrats on health planning based on health forecasting, and building their human network, which will eventually be a tool for solving health problems beyond borders. The primary goal is to build new multi-disciplinary skills and abilities to meet requirements of health in the future and conductivity of future health-related actions and new priority in the fellows´ home countries. One topic of the programme is telemedicine which has a potential benefit for the trainees´ home countries, where healthcare related resources are limited.
