Abstract
The domain addressed in this paper, is the passive time delay estimation (TDE) techniques and their application to ionospheric links. The methods computed in such a case are referred as to generalised cross-correlation (GCC) methods. These methods are applied to the specific problem of estimating time delay in ionospheric links based on the Watterson channel propagation model
