Abstract :
The method of using unsaturated light-induced delayed fluorescence (DF) intensity to represent photosynthetic capacity (PhC) has been testified experimentally by our research group. For further perfection of the proposed method, in this research, a four-segment DF light response curve model was presented, the relationship between saturated and unsaturated light-induced DF intensity was investigated, and the conversion factor between unsaturated light-induced DF intensity and PhC was discussed. Through theoretical deduced and experimental measurement, it was testified that unsaturated light-induced DF intensity is a feasible method to represent plant PhC. The method may be a potential technique in next generation photosynthesis measurement.
