Abstract
This paper introduced the total synergy system which normally had been used in macroscopic field into the microcosmic research of the top management team (TMT) in the enterprise, exploring the coordination among TMT operation system, strategic decision and organizational performance. The paper applied the order parameter method and the projection pursuit cluster technique to the evaluation of the orderly degree of TMT subsystem, the orderly degree of the order parameter-branches and the relative weighs of their suborder parameters in TMT subsystem as well. On this basis, the paper constructed the evaluation model of the degree of TMT total synergy system, supplemented by a case study. The model will be useful for the specific enterprise to identify the constraints of its TMT total synergy system and to promote the optimizing countermeasures directly.
