  • Abstract
    Imaging spectrum system is designed independently. Imaging spectrum analysis is more convenient and efficient detection method. It can better control the genuineness and the quality of Coriex Phellodendri chinensis raw material and the tablets in the circulation, the production and the clinical use. Appling imaging spectrum analysis, transmission spectra of Coriex Phellodendri chinensis are measured and absorption curve are drew. Take comparison and analysis. The spectral absorption curves were significantly different between Phellodendron chinense Schneid and Phellodendron amurense Rupr. There are consistent results with character identification, microscopic identification and chemical identification. Imaging spectrum system designed can be applied to the distinction between Phellodendron chinense Schneid and Phellodendron amurense Rupr. Operation method is rapid, convenient, non-destructive.
