Abstract :
This article describes a high precision smart pressure and temperature sensor with temperature compensation algorithm. This sensor mainly consists of four parts, microprocessor, the pressure and temperature sensor MS5536C, RS485 communication and the power module. The actual pressure and temperature are read by MS5536C and then using a temperature compensation algorithm for the pressure drift that caused by the change of temperature, lastly, the measurement results is send to PC via the RS485 communication. The experimental results show that at the temperature range of -40C to 85C and at the pressure range of -400mbar to 1000 mbar, the max pressure drift is 9 mbar; the accuracy is up to 0.05%, which fully meets the actual needs.
