Abstract :
Draught fan system of boiler is a nonlinear, strong interference and large delay complexity system, conventional control theory is difficult to achieve satisfactory control performance. According to the characteristics of the power plant boiler draught fan system, this paper puts the rules and reasoning mechanism of fuzzy control application in the parameters calibration of the conventional PID controller and design a fuzzy adaptive PID controller, using fuzzy reasoning method to achieve PID parameters on-line self-tuning. Simulation results show that the control scheme is superior to the conventional PID control´s effect, and has good dynamic characteristics and stability.
