Abstract :
In view of water pollution accident happened frequently , building a environmental warning system is necessary. The research based on reasonable simplify and mathematical deduction of the basic equation of transport and transformation, a risk assessment modeling system has been developed to identify hazard and characterize hazard and descript hazard and estimate harmful region and harmful duration in water environment With the help of engineering software MATLAB, real-time simulation of tracking on polluted water mass in the Songhua River is realized. The research results can offer the scientific basis for environmental risk management and making emergent counter plan of accident happen in water environment.
