The Water-Air Two-Phase Flow of covered culverts at Jinan section was simulated by using k-ε turbulence model coupled with Volume of Fluid (VOF) method in South-to-North Water Transfer East Line Project. Water surface profile and distribution of vapor volume fraction of the inverted siphon in North Taiping river were analyzed, while the volume flow rate was 50 m3/s and 60 m3/s. The simulated results show that the flow is gentle and it can pass through the covered culvert smoothly. Furthermore, connection of the inverted siphon and upstream downstream is reasonable.
