Abstract
The density fluctuations of 32 kinds of radiograph are developed from four kinds of film combined with different intensifying screens that are used very commonly in Chinese hospitals. The RMS (Root Mean Square), ACF (Auto-Correlation Function) and Wiener spectra of each radiograph are obtained. Results indicate that there are different density distributions with the different screen-film systems. The study may provide a basis for selection of film for clinical use and for filter design for digital radiography image processing
