The water quality parameters, including temperature, pH, turbidity, DO, TN, TP and COD, were investigated in August, September and October, 2010. Based on the investigations, the distribution of water quality in Neijiang Lake was analyzed, and the nutrition conditions were assessed. Moreover, the influencing factors were further discussed. The results showed that the distributions of the water quality parameters were changeful both in space and in time, and the influencing factors were multiple, including tide, input of pollutants and so on. In these three months, Neijiang Lake´s water quality was always in the eutrophication status, and in October it was the worst.
