Abstract
As a communication line, the channel characteristics of low voltage power line have an important impact on the communication quality. This paper designed a device to test the channel characteristics of low voltage power line overground and under the coal mine. Experiments show that the channel characteristics, including noisy characteristic, impedance characteristic, attenuation characteristic, are much more stable under the coal mine than those overground.
