Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
The regulation of removal rate of chloroform in the water which was influenced by the material type, combined material proportion of loaded TiO2 and zero-valence iron was researched by the experiment. Chloride ion selective electrode and headspace gas chromatography were adopted as the analysis methods. The UV-VIS absorption spectrum of carrier, loaded TiO2 and loaded TiO2 which was reacted with zero-valence iron was analyzed by TU-1901. The last one had obvious red-shift of absorption edge. It indicated that the removal of chloroform in water can be improved by using loaded TiO2/zero-valence iron combination material in visible light. And the corresponding kinetics model was adopted to analyze the data.
