Abstract :
The mathematical model for cellulase fermentation was constructed and computer simulation of the fermentation processes at 28 and 30degC, respectively, were done using this mathematical model. Genetic algorithm (GA) was used in the optimization of the model parameters. The simulation results showed that the mathematical model was correct and the simulation fitted the experimental results very well. The mathematical model developed in this research was an useful tool for the rational design and optimization of the cellulase fermentation process.
