Abstract
The dyadic Green´s functions (DGFs) in spherical coordinates for free space are determined by the theory of distributions. It is also shown that the electric and the magnetic DGF solutions satisfy the dyadic version of Maxwell´s equations and of the equation of current continuity.<>
