Deposition of pollutants and release of pollutants in runoff erosion in combined sewers are important parts of non-point source pollution loads. Effective control of these pollutants has played a significant role to ease the crisis of urban water environment. Therefore, strengthen studies on the sediments of sewers has important practical significance in alleviating urban water pollution. In this paper, the authors discussed sediment movement models which included incipient velocity model, settling velocity model and critical none deposit velocity model. Furthermore, sediment load models and pollution load models in combined sewers are also discussed.
