After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The primary objective of this study is to assess tourism environmental quality for enhancing environmental conservation and management. Monitoring results of air, water and acoustic environment quality of Tianchi and Bogeda Nature Reserve, Xinjiang, China were evaluated by an individual factor pollution index method. Based on the tourism environmental evaluation and field investigation, management measures to control pollution were put forward. The study has implications for policy makers and site managers. In a wider sense, the findings contribute to the tourism literature related to environmental quality assessment and management.
